A Spirit Unbroken was created to offer thoughtful resources that support healing, reflection, and personal growth for survivors of child sexual abuse. Our guided journal was created with compassion and care to provide a safe space for self-reflection while honoring each person's unique healing journey.
Who is this journal for?
This journal is designed for adult survivors of child sexual abuse. Whether you are just beginning your healing journey or have been doing this work for years, the prompts are intended to encourage reflection, self-compassion, and hope.
Is this journal a replacement for therapy?
No. This journal is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. It is designed to complement your healing journey and may be used on its own or alongside support from a licensed mental health professional.
Do I have to complete the journal in order?
Not at all. This journal is yours to use in the way that best supports you. You are welcome to complete the prompts in order, skip around, revisit previous pages, or take breaks whenever you need to.
Will some of the journal prompts be emotionally difficult?
Some prompts may bring up difficult emotions or memories. We encourage you to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and practice self-care throughout your journaling experience. There is no right or wrong way to engage with the journal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Can I return my journal?
Due to the personal nature of journals, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
