Shipping policy

Order Processing Times:

A Spirit Unbroken orders are processed within two to three business days.  During various holiday seasons, such as Black Friday, Thanksgiving or Christmas, order processing can take up to five business days.  We appreciate your patience while we process your order.

Shipping Times:

We ship our A Spirit Unbroken products from our warehouses located in the United States.  We currently only ship within the United States, with the hope of expanding to other countries overtime.

• Arrival times of the order will be dependent upon the item being ordered.

Shipping Costs:

It is important to A Spirit Unbroken, that the products are available and not deemed unaffordable.  With that in mind, the shipping fees are free.

Please note that changes to the shipping fees can be changed, at a later time.

Returns & Exchanges  

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  For all returns or exchanges:

• Items must not be worn, washed or damaged
• You must present a valid receipt
• Original tags must be attached

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
